The community at Dar-Es-Salam consists of 8 members, 3 Sisters and 5 Candidates. 2 Junior Sisters teaches first Communicant and Confirmation Students also go to different schools to take religion classes in Catholic Students. Sr. Margaret takes classes for candidates, especially prayers, the Bible, and the Eucharist. Candidates helps with cleanliness and preparing for Holy Mass in the church . They also do gardening and use many other skills in the convent. Every thursday they go to different families to pray the Rosary and to spread the love of God and Mother Mary.
The Poor Sisters Of Our Lady prays for the members of the congregation, lay associates, collaborators and all people of the world. In addition to community prayer, we have a separate prayer time set aside daily, for intentions.
