Holy Family Convent – (Estd – 1949)

Holy Family Convent Community has 34 members in all. Most of the Sisters are home bound and few are active. Our main Apostolate is education. Conducting Divine Child High School and Junior College, Divine Child Senior Secondary CBSE Schools and Divine Child Polytechnic, Pastoral Work: PPC, SCC(5 Sisters are cooperating with the Parish team), coordinating with Church Events and Programmes, Visiting Families etc. Our home bound Sisters are engaged in apostolate of prayer.

Establishment of Nursery: 1958

Primary                             : 1961 ( Std. I )

Secondary                         : 1966 ( Std. V)

SSC                                    : 1972 ( XI --Matriculation )

New SSC                            : 1975 ( Std. X )

Junior College estd:2012 :   Conducts Commerce and Science sections

Divine Child Senior  Secondary CBSE School started 2013 with Montessori to Std II ,

Now has Std X

Both the Schools are conducting various activities to shape the children under their care to become responsible citizens of tomorrow. To make them more human, to care for creation, respect for elders, sharing and caring for others.            

Divine Child Polytechnic      : Education for Transformation

It conduct courses in Diploma in Hospitality Studies, Fashion Designing, Beauty Culture, MS-CIT Government recognized course and KLiC Courses

It is now extended to Aarey Colony Unit No.22 where we conduct sewing, embroidery  and beautician classes to make them skillful and employable. So that they can earn their living and take care of their families.( this is made possible by the cooperation of Hilton Foundation)
